Responsibilities

  • Help develop our company’s content strategy
  • Help implement our company’s content strategy and monitor its effectiveness
  • Collaborating with other team members across the company to come up with new content ideas
  • Ensuring all content includes the latest SEO techniques to help boost engagement
  • Writing new content, such as blog posts, whitepapers, and e-books
  • Improve existing content by making revisions and edits when required
  • Proofreading and editing all new content before it is published
  • Make edits to your content when advised by editors and/or managers
  • Managing the publication and distribution of content through our CMS and social media channels
  • Tracking the performance of all content and reporting results to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing, communication, or a related field
  • 2+ years of proven experience copywriting, programming, or doing graphic design
  • Knowledge of major CMS tools and Google Analytics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools and/or Google Docs
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Knowledge of HTML
  • A track record of creating creative and engaging content
  • The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • A strong eye for detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
