We are looking for an experienced copy editor to work within our content team to ensure all content we produce is error-free and adheres to our brand style guidelines.

You will be working directly with our in-house team of writers and graphic designers to proofread and edit all content before it’s published through our content channels. If you love working in a fast-paced environment and have a great eye for detail we’d love to hear from you.


  • Review all content produced by our content team to make sure it’s accurate and free of spelling, grammar, punctuation, and syntax errors
  • Ensure all content adheres to our brand style guides and is properly formatted before publication
  • Provide feedback to our content team to reduce errors and improve our content creation process
  • Make sure all content adheres to AP stylebook guidelines
  • Communicate with the content team to ensure content is produced on time
  • Ensure all content has the correct tone and style for its target audience
  • Write headlines, meta descriptions, and meta titles for content
  • Help improve our brand style and tone guidelines
  • Collaborate with the content team to come up with new content ideas
  • Stay up to date with the latest content trends and best practices
  • Knowledge of SEO techniques and best practices (desired)


  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, English, or a related field. Alternatively, you have 2+ years of experience as a copy editor.
  • 2+ years experience as a copy editor or proof-reader (desired)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Knowledge of AP stylebook guidelines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Google Docs
  • Knowledge of the WordPress platform (desired)
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • Excellent time management skills
