Learn about the responsibilities and requirements that should be included in every copywriter’s job description.
The role of a copywriter is to write ‘copy’ for an organization. They are tasked with writing everything from short-form content like product descriptions and website copy, to long-form content such as e-books and articles.
The overall aim of their job is to write content/copy that makes customers buy products or carry out a specific action that you want them to do such as subscribe to a newsletter or book a consultation. Content writers on the other hand tend to write content that informs customers – but the two jobs do sometimes cross over in responsibilities.
