What is your pricing? 

Here is our standard pricing model.

  • $200 per 1,000 words for orders under 5,000 words.
  • $150 per 1,000 words for orders between 5,000-10,000 words.
  • $125 per 1,000 words for orders over 10,000 words.

We also offer a $100 1,000 word article for new clients as a trial. 

Our most popular package is 10,000 words for $1,250 (in almost all cases as 10 x 1,000 word articles).

What is the turnaround time if we send your team an article topic?

All orders up to 10,000 words are delivered in 7 business days. You can also request to have articles sent to you weekly or fortnightly at a specific time so that you can. Whatever suits you best. Larger orders (over 10,000 words) have custom delivery times, which are arranged via email, but delivery times rarely extend over 14 business days, apart from large orders (e.g 50,000 words). 

Do you include any type of link building?

No. We don’t provide any link building services. We can provide internal linking in articles we write, and we write with SEO-best practices in mind, but off-page SEO is not a service we offer at Writing Studio. 

Do you have any writing samples?

Yes, you can view our writing samples here.

If you can’t find a writing sample relevant to your niche, chances are we have some samples that we can provide you via email, so feel free to request this and we’ll see what we can find for you.

Do you write articles with SEO in mind?

Yes, we write SEO-friendly articles. What does this mean? We can either take an SEO content map and instructions that you have for your articles and focus closely on following them. Alternatively we can help you generate topic ideas based on focus keywords and write the articles around this focus keyword and related secondary keywords. If you would like some keyword suggestions for your website, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Do you proofread and edit our articles?

Yes, we have an editorial team, meaning all articles you purchase through Writing Studio are professionally proofread and edited by our team to ensure there are no spelling and grammatical errors, as well as to ensure the writing flows well and is easy to understand.

We write articles. Sometimes referred to as blog posts. 

Do you provide any other services?

Our primary focus is to provide you with articles. To compliment our article writing services, we provide “medical reviewing”, whereby one of our experts (e.g PhD) “reviews” your articles, suggests corrections, and thereby gives you the right to title the article as being “medically reviewed” by John Smith, PhD. This is primarily done for credibility, trust and also SEO purposes (EAT).

How long do revisions take?

Revisions are typically completed within 48-72 hours (business days), though some more extensive revisions may take longer.

Are articles ghostwritten?

Yes, articles are ghost-written, meaning you can publish them under your company name, or any other name that you have permission to publish them under. Writing Studio writers have advanced qualifications, including PhDs, and so naturally, you may want to use the names of our writers to go alongside your articles for credibility and SEO purposes. This is something we can make happen and generally is easiest to sort out via email.

Are articles original?

Yes, articles are original and are checked for originality and plagiarism. When you receive your completed article, you can rest-assure that it is original and free of plagiarism. We have a zero tolerance for unoriginal content and ensure all articles are correctly cited. 

How many revisions are allowed?

We offer two sets of revisions, the first of which must be requested within 7 business days of receiving the completed articles. 

Do you provide refunds?

No. We do not provide refunds unless the work is not completed. Please refer to our refund policy in our terms and conditions.

Do you provide article topic suggestions?

Yes. If you are struggling to come up with topic ideas for your website, please let us know and we’ll happily send over a Google spreadsheet of keyword ideas for you to select from.

Who are Writing Studio writers?

Our writers are carefully selected based on their educational background, writing experience, and their passion for hitting deadlines and receiving constructive feedback. To be a Writing Studio writer, the minimum requirement is to have a Bachelor of Science in a health science-related field and be a native English speaker. We have a range of more qualified writers, including PhDs, and RDs, with years of clinical experience in their respective health fields and experience writing engaging online articles.

Who will I be communicating with?

You will be communicating with your content manager, who will help organize your article topics, and communicate within you regularly regarding timelines, topic ideas, payment details, usually via email. Regardless of how many articles you require, you will only need to communicate with one content manager who will take care of everything for you and provide you with an efficient experience. 

Which payment methods are available?

We offer three payment options:

  • Paypal 
  • Credit and debit card (through Stripe) 
  • International bank transfer

Is payment upfront or upon completion?

We take payments upfront, though we trust in our clients to provide us with payment and so we will happily get things started while you organize the invoice in the meantime. Payment after for our $100, 1,000-word article trial is perfectly fine. 

Is there a minimum order?

No. If you want to order a 500 word article at our $200 per 1,000 word rate you can.

Do you provide stock images?

We do not provide Stock images.

Who owns the copyright on my order?

Articles you’ve paid for are your intellectual property. If you have not paid for your article, it is not your intellectual property yet, though rest assured if we are expecting a payment from you, your article(s) will not be shared elsewhere no matter what.
