We are looking for a skilled content writer to join our team to help create content that performs for our clients. This content includes blog posts, articles, SEO content, ebooks, product descriptions, scripts, technical content, web content, newsletters, white papers, and press releases.

We are especially looking for content writers qualified and experienced in specific industries (preferably post-grad level). If you are a content writer that feels comfortable covering a variety of topics, we’d also love to hear from you. 

As a content writer at Writing Studio, you’ll be researching industry topics, writing compelling content, revising content based on feedback, and editing and proofreading it before handing it in.

The primary goal of the content we create is to help grow our clients’ online presence and increase their brand awareness. 

Key responsibilities

• Research industry topics (using authoritative sources)
• Write clear and compelling content
• Write content in a CMS-friendly format
• Write content following the latest SEO best practices
• Edit and proofread content before publication
• Ensure consistency with style, fonts, format, and tone
• Update content based on feedback

Ideal candidate

• Proven experience working as a content writer or copywriter
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in your field of expertise (ideally post-grad) 
• Familiarity with writing for SEO (ideal, but not required)
• Experience researching and writing content using authoritative citations
• Excellent English writing and editing skills (US, NZ, AUS, UK only)
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines
• Hands-on experience with content management systems such as WordPress (ideal, but not required)
