What gets published

Everything a post sent to Zapier needs. Written, formatted and filled in, so a post is ready the moment it goes out.

A trigger for your Zap. Each post arrives through Webhooks by Zapier’s Catch Hook, ready to send on to any app Zapier connects to.

Every field to map. Title, slug, excerpt, the article as HTML, meta title, meta description, featured image, author and date.

A sample to start with. Connecting sends a sample post, so you can map its fields in your Zap straight away.

New posts and refreshes. Each request says whether it’s a new post or a refreshed one, so your Zap can create or update.

FAQ and sources included. Each article ends with its questions and the sources it cites, with links to your own pages.

Nothing lost. If Zapier doesn’t answer, Writing Studio tries again and tells you if a post still can’t be sent.

How it works

From your website to a month of posts. Connect it once. The planning, research, writing and publishing are done for you.

Add your site and Search Console. Writing Studio reads your site to learn what you sell, who it’s for and how you sound, then reads what Google already shows you for.

What ratio should you use?

Start at 1:16: one gram of coffee for every 16 grams of water. It’s a reliable starting point for most medium roasts, and easy to adjust to taste from there.[1]

Webhooks by Zapier is a premium app, so it needs a paid Zapier plan. Each post uses a task for each action in your Zap.

In Zapier, create a Zap with Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger and Catch Hook as the event, and copy its webhook URL. In Writing Studio, connect Zapier on your site’s page and paste it. A sample post arrives straight away: test the trigger in Zapier and map its fields into your next step.

Anywhere your Zap goes: Notion, HubSpot, Wix, Squarespace, Google Docs, Airtable, Slack, a newsletter tool, or several at once.

Each request has an event: post.published for a new post, post.updated for a refreshed one, and ping for the sample sent when you connect. Add a Filter step on it, or Paths to create new posts and update existing ones.

Google ranks helpful content, however it is made. Writing Studio writes for readers first: it reads real sources, quotes and cites them, links your own pages and answers what searchers want. You can review every post before it goes out.
