APA cites a paper in published proceedings like a chapter in an edited book. A book series and its volume go before the proceedings’ title.

How to cite a conference paper in MLA
MLA cites the paper like an essay in a collection: its title in quotation marks, the proceedings in italics, the editors, the publisher, the year and the pages.
