Refund Policy

Subscriptions to Writing Studio are recurring and you will be automatically billed until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by signing into your account.

In most cases, payments for Writing Studio subscriptions are not refundable.

If you want to downgrade before your next billing date, sign in and go to Settings, then Billing, then Manage subscription, and cancel. Your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again.

If you believe your case warrants a refund due to a bug or error in our product, please contact our support team to schedule a call. During this call we will ask you to demonstrate the issue, which helps us confirm and fix the underlying problem.
