Ghost

Writing Studio publishes posts to Ghost through its Admin API, with the meta fields and feature image filled in. It works with Ghost(Pro) and self-hosted Ghost.

What you need

• Your Admin API URL (like https://yourblog.ghost.io)
• An Admin API key from a custom integration

Make a custom integration

1. In Ghost, open Settings › Integrations and choose Add custom integration.
2. Name it something like "Writing Studio".
3. Copy the Admin API key and the API URL it shows.

Connect

1. In Writing Studio, open Integrations and choose Ghost.
2. Paste the Admin API URL and the Admin API key, and choose Connect.

What gets published

• The title, slug, excerpt and full article, as a real Ghost post
• The meta title and meta description
• The feature image, uploaded to your Ghost site and set with its alt text
• The FAQ and the sources the article cites, at the end of the post
• Links to your own pages

When a post is refreshed, the same Ghost post is updated at the same address.

If it won't connect

Use the Admin API key, not the Content API key, and the API URL Ghost shows for the integration.
