Connect
The server address is in Settings › Claude and ChatGPT (https://app.writingstudio.com/mcp).
- Claude: Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector, paste the address, sign in to Writing Studio.
- ChatGPT: Settings › Apps and Connectors, turn on Developer mode under Advanced, create a connector with the address, sign in.
- Claude Code, Cursor and scripts: make a personal token in Settings and send it as
Authorization: Bearer ws_….

get_search_insights | Search Console: totals, searches near page one, questions, posts losing clicks |
draft_article | Adds a topic and writes it (uses one of the month's articles; says how many are left) |
schedule_article | Sets a date, and with approve approves it to publish (paid plans) |
get_article | An article as Markdown or HTML |
Token access
Personal tokens are Read only, Can draft or Can publish. Give each tool only what it needs: a read-only token can't spend your articles or publish anything.
