Voice and what to know

Make posts sound like you and get your facts right: your site details, what to always say, and what to avoid.

On your site's page, under Site details:

  • Voice: how your posts should sound (Writing Studio fills this in from your site; change it any time).
  • Words to avoid: words and phrases the writer never uses, comma separated. Good for brand rules ("never say cheap") and tired phrases ("game-changer", "unlock").
  • What to know: facts about your business the writer uses as given: your prices, what's included, what you don't do, how you're different. Posts never contradict it, and never invent other facts about your business.

These apply to every new draft, rewrite and refresh, and stay when Writing Studio reads your site again.
